Secret #4: For Big Results, Make Little Changes

Ingrid MacherHere’s a truth for you…

You’re much better off making a bunch of little changes, than trying to make big changes all at once.

The reason why is simple.

These little changes are easier to accept.

They’re easier to stick to.

During the crucial early stages, that is the most important factor.

You need to stick to your plan. You need to allow yourself to become more and more focused each day.

You have to keep chugging along.

Inside my Fat Loss Fiesta video, I share ALL of my tips and tricks for doing just that…

I share all the tweaks I used to drop 50 pounds of fat in 90 days!

So if you want to know exactly what to do… if you want your own personal fat loss GPS, then you should check it out…

But I’m going to share one of my most valuable tips with you right here.

See, most people know that they have to eat healthy.

They may even know what eating healthy requires…

But the excuse they make is…

They just don’t have the time!

We’re all busy.

Between work and family responsibilities, it’s like there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

And I get it… trust me I do… I have two kids of my own…

But with the right planning, you can make time for healthy eating on even the busiest of schedules.

Here’s what you do…

Dedicate one day per week. And use this day to do all your shopping and cooking for the week.

I chose Sunday afternoons.

So on Sundays (or whatever day you choose), you’d go food shopping.

Then, when you got back, you’d prepare meals for the week…

Cut up and separate your lean meats (chicken breasts, turkey, and fish) into the portion sizes you’ll be eating each day…

Clean and cut your veggies, boil your brown rice, and mix together your lettuce and raw veggies to make a salad.

You can also section off amounts of sliced apples, nuts, and raw broccoli to munch on for snacks.

Then when you’re hungry during the week, you have healthy food right there in front of you, already prepared. All you have to do is heat it up.

You won’t have the temptation to eat junk food out of convenience.

By doing a little prep work, you put yourself in a position where eating healthy is simple, quick, and easy.

And it makes all the difference in the world.

One simple afternoon of preparation gives you an entire week’s worth of success.

You’re able to build momentum… eating healthy becomes a habit for you… and that’s exactly what you want to happen!

Once you get your routine in place, melting your ugly fat becomes something you do automatically.

And you’ll find it much easier to…

Get healthy and get hot,
