Secret #5: Taking Your Fat Loss To The Next Level

We do that by getting active.

See, just like our bodies were designed to run on nutritious whole foods, they were also designed to move.

But we’re so busy these days, we often find ourselves chained to a desk… and don’t get the exercise we need.

What you do isn’t as important… as long as you’re doing something to get the blood flowing…

You’ll burn calories… and the ugly body fat that is sure to follow.

So you should be looking for opportunities to get this activity into your daily life…

Whether it’s by taking the stairs instead of the elevator…

Walking to nearby places instead of driving…

Or even going for a bike ride with the bikes.

Whenever you have a chance to get your blood pumping, you should take advantage of it.

Not only will it have you looking great… but it releases a whole set of chemicals called (endorphins) that have you feeling great as well.

Making these simple tweaks is a great way to get started.

But if you really want to make a stunning transformation…

The type that turns heads everywhere you go…

Then, you’re going to have to make a dedicated effort to being active each day.

All the workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home.

But at least during the beginning stages, I recommend joining a gym.

It allows you to get out of the house… and avoid the distractions, so you can focus on your goal.

When I dropped my 50 pounds of body fat, I made it a habit to get to the gym at least 5 times per week.

Not only did it help blast away fat, but it also made me feel healthier, which automatically influenced my eating habits.

After working up a sweat at the gym, I didn’t want to ruin the momentum by coming home and eating junk food.

I wanted to keep that healthy feeling going, so I made smarter food choices.

A great way to stay motivated is to join with a friend.

Having a workout partner can make a huge difference.

Not only does it make your workouts more fun, but you can motivate each other.

During the times when you’re feeling tired and think about skipping your workouts, your partner is there to hold you accountable and make sure you’re doing the right thing.

Even though you didn’t feel like going… when you’re finished, you’ll feel so accomplished and glad you went.

But while joining a gym is a great way to lose weight… it isn’t the only way.

I know that some of you just don’t want to join one. Whether you’re too busy to go to the gym each day… or if you just don’t like the atmosphere, you’d rather work out at home.
